3 Awesome Pubs in Miami Beach
When it comes to Miami Beach, people find themselves in a sea of explicit choice of bars, restaurants and nightclubs up and down South Beach. No matter what type of cuisine you’re seeking or fancy cocktails, without a doubt, there is something for everyone to enjoy. In this blog with cover three of our favorite places that will end up being yours too.
The Clevelander is well known and you can often find many celebrities that frequent this location. The pub is located at 1020 Ocean Drive and just around the corner from Hi-Miami. You won’t be bored for a minute at this ultra-swanky pub that’s got a flair for the Art Deco scene, beautiful sexy girls and guys roaming in every corner and it’s the perfect venue for travelers. There’s never a dull moment and the excitement has been going on since 1938. The Clevelander hosts three patio bars, a dance floor and friendly staff help you enjoy the experience even more.
Taquiza has so much to offer, but is a bit smaller. If you’re seeking a calmer atmosphere that guarantees great food and incredible beer selections, this is the ideal spot for you. The second you smell the aroma of the freshly made blue-corn tortillas to the incredible spices filling the air from the carnitas, you’ll fall madly in love with the menu. The atmosphere is perfect for smaller parties and the best part is this South Beach pub is located underneath Hi-Miami. Don’t forget to ask our staff for incentives or discounts for being a guest with Hi Miami. This place is one of the more eclectic and intimate dining adventures that’s sure to please.
Just around the corner in the 1300 block of Ocean Drive is Finnegan’s Way. If you’re a sports fan, then you’ll feel right at home in this busy but is extremely reasonable in pricing. The Irish pub offers seating on the upstairs balcony and underneath. This eatery offers more of a traditional American menu with Pancakes and Skirt Steaks. Our favorite choice is Finnegan’s Guinness Steak that’s been marinated in a vat of beer then grilled to your preference. For our vegan and vegetarian friend’s try the Shrimp and Avocado salad that pairs nicely with a cold glass of Pinot Grigio while sitting seaside after a long day on the beach.
There are several dining hot spots in Miami Beach but any of the three outlined here are sure to please and not too bad on the pocket book if you’re trying to stay within a budget. Ask our hostel staff to make other suggestions that are close by if these don’t interest you.
With the numerous possibilities that this Southern Florida community has to offer, you won’t have a lack of selection. Enjoy!
